Evidence Presentation
Using a precise method for conveying scientific information is always advisable. Science is not easily understood by many, and consistency of presentation may substantially reduce misunderstanding. The following explains how information shall be presented in The Answer is One.
This book is not a scientific treatise about life. In the final analysis, there can be no such thing, because life transcends science. Life’s ultimate nature and purpose are inaccessible to scientific method. It shall always be so. Human beings are the best scientists for our own experiences, and we teach each other as we advance.
The knower and the thing to be known can never be separated from one another. Any discovery about the thing to be known is inextricably colored and limited by the knower’s ability to perceive. The observer effect noted in quantum physics further establishes that the act of observation or measuring influences outcomes. That well-known dilemma is bypassed in The Answer is One by its construct as a guidebook to self. The reader can test for themselves to find out what is real for them.
It’s important to note here there is a big difference between biological energy systems and those of the cosmos. Biological systems do interact with the universe since there are transfers of energy between them. However, biological systems are distinguished from cosmological systems because the former do not follow the second law of thermodynamics regarding entropy.
Biological systems do not go from available and ordered energy in the form of heat to unavailable and disordered energy lost to the environment, also known as entropy or heat death.
Life systems go in the opposite direction. They somehow take in disordered energy and grow more complex and more ordered. While a biological system is alive, it is in a state of dynamic equilibrium. It only reaches the state of equilibrium and entropy after it’s dead and the decomposition process begins.
Famous scientists such as Schrodinger offered some claims to explain the difference, but the violation of thermodynamic law remains a mystery. This will be further expounded upon in Chapter Four.
Human Energy Domains Model
The book delineates six human energy fields common to human experience and practice. All people are intimately familiar with these energies yet know little about them or their management. The domains are defined and detailed in the Chapter Four.
Scientific models are quite common ways of visualizing and explaining complex phenomena. Einstein’s model for the operation of gravity as a warping of the space-time continuum is a scientific model with some legitimate mathematics behind it. However it is not proven and will not likely be proven until some basis for measurement or detection of the space-time continuum is devised in the future. We still do not know how gravity manifests or what the force of gravity is exactly.
The energetic state of the human energy domains remains mostly contained within the body and experience of the individual with few exceptions. This necessitated the use of human energy domains for illustrative purposes. We already know quantum action in humans remain restricted to individuals. All other quantum fields are universal in nature. The human energy domains are postulated as a method of understanding their frequent and common operation relative to one another and the methods of modulating their energy expression.
Scientific Studies
Scientific studies and evidence originally published under the authority of peer-reviewed journals are presented throughout the book. If the original intent of the study differs substantially from its use within the text, a summarized notification of that difference will be listed. When there are many alternative interpretations of a study’s results from a variety of scientists, only the most relevant or materially compelling interpretations will be included with proper referencing.
In most instances, references to scientific studies will include the names of the principal investigators, the hypothesis being investigated, and the conclusion drawn based upon the evidence produced in the study. When required, a justification of the conclusion will also be included. All scientific studies will be referenced in footnotes to facilitate further reader inspection.

Charles Darwin
Darwin originated evolutionary theory that contains multiple hypotheses and models.
Several hypotheses are accepted as proven, because they’re supported by many sources of evidence. Others remain to be proven such as speciation. Some are unprovable.
The theory remains as our best model to date.
Scientific Hypotheses
There are many generally accepted scientific hypotheses that have unfortunately grown to be casually accepted as fact among the general public. To protect the credibility of science, all hypotheses shall be clearly labeled as such.
All hypotheses are generally listed because they are provable or have strong evidence of their validity. However, every hypothesis is subject to future modification or being disproven by further investigation. No hypothesis is disprovable on its face without evidence.
When relevant to the text and topic under examination, a hypothesis may be denoted as “unprovable.” The following examples will help illustrate the difference.
Any hypothesis about the first appearance of life on Earth is unprovable. It doesn’t matter if a person advocates Darwin’s idea of the sea or a warm pool of water, or the more recent evidence suggesting origination in vats of hot mud warmed by volcanic activity. Both are hypotheses, and both are equally unprovable.
An unprovable hypothesis within Darwin’s overall theory of evolution does not discredit the entire theory though. A theory is a collection of hypotheses that are supported by evidence often originating from multiple sources. One unprovable hypothesis does not negate the full theory.
There will never be a hesitation anywhere in the text of this book to affirm when something is unknown or unknowable. Little if any further discussion about the unknowable will follow.
When other aspects of a theory are provable and relevant to the topic under consideration, those will be noted appropriately.
Further Discussion Sections
Many chapters will feature “further discussion sections” common to millions of scientific studies and reviews. These sections synthesize multiple aspects of the evidence presented or may introduce another source’s extrapolation of related material. The purpose of these sections is to stimulate further thought and to suggest related areas of investigation. Any additional hypotheses not already denoted within the discussion will be appropriately labeled.
Energy is a particularly difficult topic to study for reasons that will be detailed in the Chapter Four. Nevertheless, this book’s format as a guide to self enables readers to verify the validity of energy modulation techniques and outcomes for themselves in addition to the scientific evidence presented. These techniques will be reserved for the Further Discussion sections.
